• Introduction

The Bruton Dough/Meat Divider is designed for maximum output with minimum setting time whilst utilising the minimum amount of floor space.

The machines versatiliy and volume is what makes it unique in the area of dividing. The Unit is capable dividing all types of dough (hot, cold and sweet paste) and hard meats such as pork pie fillings accurately and quickly.

Along with the quick change over system, you can produce a billet round, oval or any shape you require.

Clad in food quality stain­less steel the Bruton Dough/Meat Divider will take you into the 21st century.

• Maintenance

The Bruton Dough/Meat Divider is easily accessible for maintenance by simply removing the hopper, guard and divider front. On removal all the mechanical moving parts are accessible for inspection.

The remaining parts can be reached by the removal of the stainless steel back panel.

• Cleaning Down

Simply ensure the machine is electrically isolated. Remove the hopper guard and divider front. This will give access to the main drive rollers,which can be removed and cleaned by hosing or any standard method.
